The Rubber City Ghostbusters are a Northeast Ohio Ghostbusters fan franchise based in the Akron area. Inspired by the classic films, we bring Ghostbusters to life through community events, conventions, charity appearances, and interactive experiences for fans of all ages.
From comic shops to community festivals, our mission is to create memorable experiences while celebrating the spirit of Ghostbusters.
Our mission is rooted in community, and right now, that means supporting our friend Colton as he battles cancer.

Meet Ecto-1 RC
Custom built for paranormal response in the Rubber City, Ecto-1 RC is the official response vehicle of the Rubber City Ghostbusters.
Equipped with ghost-hunting tech, emergency lighting, and a one-of-a-kind black-and-purple design, the Ecto is the centerpiece of our appearances and events across Northeast Ohio.
